Description

REDI Skopje, together with our social enterprise REDI Recycling, is pleased to announce a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the upgrade and enhancement of the PappoShop Marketplace Platform, supporting Roma entrepreneurs in North Macedonia and the Western Balkans.

This initiative is part of REDI’s strategic partnership with RECONOMY, and supports our mission to promote digital inclusion, sustainable entrepreneurship, and market access for Roma-owned micro-businesses.

REDI is seeking a qualified IT company to upgrade and enhance the existing PappoShop marketplace by introducing advanced functionalities — including rating and review systems, an AI chat assistant and recommendation engine, marketing automation tools, anti-fraud and buyer verification mechanisms, and an admin analytics dashboard. The assignment covers assessment of the current platform, implementation of scalable and secure upgrades, integration of new features, performance optimization, testing, documentation, training of REDI staff, and post-implementation support.

Submission deadline: 15 July 2026, by the end of the day (EoD).

  • Financial Proposal (Annex 2), in CHF
  • Declaration of Honour and Integrity Statement (Annex 3)
  • Company Profile, Team Composition, and References/Portfolio
  • Proof of legal registration
  • Any additional supporting documentation

All proposals must be submitted in English and remain valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days from submission. Financial offers must be expressed in Swiss Franc (CHF).
